that was an area that had no hair before the acell was administered. in order to see if it works to regrow hair the cut has to be made wider i think. i think the area that is removed has to go out beyond the area that has no hair. it has to be cut so that the borders of the cut go into the area that has hair. this stuff heals from the outside in and if you want a chance to regrow hair then the outside borders of the treated area have to reach into hair-growing skin tissue.
