I can understand that you'd want to use a lower dose to reduce the possibility and/or severity of side effects, but I still don't understand your point "A" above. Why would you want to use it every other day, just because it stays in the body for a long time? What do you think is the connection between those two statements?

FYI, the amount of dutasteride in your blood is directly proportional to the dose that you take. If you cut your dose in half by taking it only every other day, you will cut the amount in your blood in half (actually, there will be a little LESS than half in your blood, because of dutasteride's non-linear elimination characteristics).
