No, because like I said before, the level in your blood is directly proportional to the dose that you take. That's because the drug BUILDS-UP over a period of time. The half-life of dutasteride is irrelevant in this specific context.

If you decide to take two capsules a day, you will have TWO TIMES as much in your blood, once steady-state is achieved. If you decide to take three capsules a day, you will have THREE TIMES as much in your blood, once steady-state is achieved. If you take four capsules a day, you will have FOUR TIMES as much in your blood, and so on and so on.
