Are you able to take some pictures? This way we have a better idea what the situation is. Also, it's always best to contact your doctor as well so that he can attend to your situation promptly.

While there are some patients who see results in as little as 4-5 months, take that as the exception rather than the norm. Normally it does take about 9-12 months before you see the full benefits of the transplant.
