Today I will add to my regime ginko biloba. I didn't think I ever used this stuff before till I took a look at the bottle today. I used this stuff 4 yrs ago and I can tell you right first hand that it's excellent for focus and memory. I took it while I was taking body building supplements. Combine this with something like Nitrix. Nitrix is a vasodiolator. It increases the diameter of your veins and in return causes all the nutrients in your blood to travel at a very rapid pace. That's why they say try not to cut your self while on vasodiolators because it will bleed a lot for a long time. Ginko Biloba is a blood thinner to also increase the blood flow throughout the body. If you take any meds and/or supplements these two combined will transport them throughout your body immediately. Focus and memory is enhanced with Ginko Biloba. I hope it makes a difference with my loss of memory lately which I'm ASSUMING is from dutasteride.
