2.5 months after HT i am losing transplanted hair (Hair Transplant)

hy,2.5 months ago i have had a hair transplant with dr.Umar in Redondo Beach ,California about 4000 head and beard grafts in front line and mid scalp. So far everithing has gone smoothly,no pain and nice healing.
I sheded almost all the transplanted grafts after one month out of surgery,and the new hair started to spraut out but recently i've noticed that i,m losing the new hair who started to grow aut.It's like i'm shedding again,is this possible? Am i losing transplanted hair,and if so ,are this going to come back? And why i continue to to shed new hair that was sheded once a month ago? Is there anybody else who had such an experience?
