No side effects at all. MSM is one of the safest supplements. Some physicians recomend 20,000mg (20gram) dosages. And that's where I believe the true benefits of MSM will be noticed. Why didn't I take it in such high dose? Because I could only get my hands on the pill form, and the pill form is super expensive compared to the MSM Bulk/Powder form.

The pills are for doses in the 1-5grams, and the MSM powder is for doses between 15-20grams. (Low dose is recomended for arthitis and joint pains).
