according to benji, Menthol/Peppermint don't have hair regrowth properties. I personally have tried T-Gel with menthol - I think they call it something like "...for Stuborn Itch control", and I've also used Selsun Blue with Menthol - both for 2-3 weeks. One thing I noticed is that both made my oily scalp even oilier - almost turning it into an oil rig.
