Looking for a more efficient regimen, plus a resveratol/curcumin question (Hair Loss Supplements)

First, do you have to take resveratol with curcumin for curcumin absorption?

Second, I take propecia. I'm almost at the 6 year mark, and it is wearing off.

I also take a three in one with saw palmetto/nettles/and a useless amount of pygeum (10 mg). I just bought l-lysine, beta sitosterol, omega fats. I also take a daily everything and selenium. These are from the NOW company, which I believe is very respectable. I occasionally take ginseng and maca, and ginkgo but know you are supposed to take breaks on these.

Is there something more efficient I could do? This is really expensive. For example, does beta sis do anything that the palmetto isn't already doing? Is it worth scrapping lysine and buying curcumin? I'm confused by the sheer amount of stuff out there. What is an efficient regimen?
