At first this idea sounds very reasonable.
Cheap and little invasive.
I wonder if the tatoos are permanent. If they are, then I don't like it.
Also, I would like to see high resolution photos under different lighting conditions. I don't know how it will look like, when there is a mixture of your own shaved hair and the tatoo dots.
About the design of the hairline, well, I don't know what is the best approach.
