I think they are quite poor points.
Its not a matter of fooling people. Its a matter of looking good, of having a solid frame for your face.
Its like a hairpiece, but without all the hassles, the maintenance, without being afraid of it falling off...

*IF* it looks good, then its a wonderful solution.
The problem of fading, changing colour, etc, are good points. If the dots lose sharpness, then you have a problem.
