ť ť I tried several experiments, I am convinced Lysine is the real deal when
ť ť used with Propecia. Every time I added lysine to my routine, my hair is
ť so
ť ť much thicker and hair loss almost dropped to zero.
ť ť
ť ť Propecia/minox etc are ok, but adding lysine really makes a huge
ť ť difference.
ť ť
ť ť Lysine is available everywhere, very cheap, it's worth a try.
ť Well I also use lysine and finasteride (and have used it a time before and
ť along with minoxidil, too).
ť And yes it (again) adds up very nicely.
ť Also 1g lysine but before bed.

Dont get your hopes up
Lysine is just an amino acid, and among amino acids found in hair it is not the most prevalent

Now if you said L CYSTEINE helps hair loss yes I would agree
but lysine, never heard that
