Yield is affected by many factors, such as scar tissue, patients immune system, healing ability etc

But there are two other primary dominant factors

Removal of a healthy, intact , viable follicular unit, with no damage to the bulb, sebaceous unit, or breach of the "glassy membrane" , what I called "wire stripping " , which rips away vital follicular layers , and avoidance of any other damage is vital.

For the first time in ht history, patients can observe high power magnified images in real time , from every angle , every follicle being removed, reassuring that the follicular units are good.

I have decided a simple name, MONITORING OF DONOR EXTRACTION, or MODE

Secondly, placement of intact , viable FOLLICULAR UNITS, with correct direction, and minimal trauma , while the patient watches , is paramount to an interactive, successful result, and avoid the bad results associated with this industry

The debate here is that I believe transection has destroyed hundreds of thousands of donors...And 50 years of patient suffering and HT experience bears this out.

That debate should remain there, where it has been for the last 10 years
