» Iron Man is I think talking about an impending lawsuit by Gho for patent
» infringement. Interesting, we will see.

Oh, by the way: All I know is that Dr. Gho is WELL prepared for that (just in case) since A LONG TIME:

Excerpt:
-----------------
Year: 2000 - "Regarding Dr. Gho's efforts at raising venture capital -- he is doing this for several reasons. First, he wants to create a network of doctors in Europe, North America, etc. who will license his patented procedure. To locate these doctors and train them will cost a lot of money. Second, he wants to protect his patent from infringement. A significant amount of the money he raises through VC will be a sort of "legal war chest" to pay U.S. and European law firms to enforce the patent by threatening lawsuits against any doctor who uses the process (or anything similar) without licensing it from him, and paying him royalties. He is also engaged in discussions with the Dutch government to enlist their help in defending his patent, and has asked the Dutch government for money to help him protect the patent. Dr. Gho strongly believes that scientists, inventors, and business entrepreneurs in "little countries" like the Netherlands are vulnerable to the big money and power that can be wielded by similar interests in countries like the United States. He has made this argument to the Dutch government, and is trying to use a provision in Dutch law that says the Netherlands government will help defend valuable intellectual property discovered or invented by its citizens. He has argued that, if he makes a lot of money licensing his procedure around the world, he'll pay a lot of taxes to the Netherlands, therefore the Dutch government should help him protect the patent by offering some support to his "patent enforcement fund".
