One other hallmark of an effective leader is being able to build a consensus. Being divisive and, I have to say at times, downright negative, never helps anything. I also have to agree with Morgan; I believe the posts about organization building should be moved elsewhere. I find myself trying to determine which are "organization" posts and skipping over them. I also believe that Gho's correspondence was sparked more by being annoyed with people from this forum calling him constantly than with any fear of anything this organization will do. I suspect all the letter will say is "Leave me alone!" It really is not a good idea to annoy the very researchers we want to inspire. I thought this effort was supposed to remain positive? Grand conspiracy theories are formed by paranoia and inevitably lead to fear, mistrust, and negativity. This is not a good basis on which to form an organization whose stated goal is to educate hairloss sufferers and inspire new research. Just my opinion.
