A while back Pavlo was told by a Dr. familiar with Gho's work that he was able to grow over 20 hairs from a single follicle. While it wouldn't be desirable to grow more than, say, 5 hairs per follicle on the top and front of one's head (it would give a pluggy, "transplant" look), I *would* think that it would be desirable for people who have had transplants or who have naturally thin hair to grow more hairs per follicle in the *back* of the head, where plugginess isn't visible. I know I'd like to have fuller looking hair back there, since mine is naturally fine and has been slightly (but not noticeably) thinned out from a couple of transplants.

As for Peter's question of whether Gho's hairs push out the hairs that are destined to fall out from MPB, like you said, we don't know. It is a very interesting question: what effect *does* it have on a follicle that is currently producing hair if one of the multiplied cells takes up residence in that follicle? One of a thousand questions I'll be glad to have answered.
