Dear David,
First, let me say that I like the looks of, and was excited to find your
website. I was more excited that you gave us such a great review. I am curious about how
you became informed about us.
We established our first salon in 1991 (for your HairSite info). We formulated our own
line of hair care products specifically for hair replacements. They are of the highest
quality. We also have our own lace adhesives.
My husband Richard created wearable versions of what Max Factor created for the movie
industry. Being a true artist, he improved on, and invented techniques which took his art
to the highest level. He started a whole new division of non-surgical hair replacement,
called Ultra Custom Hair Replacement. Ultra Custom means taking no short-cuts. It means
doing whatever necessary to achieve absolute undetectability.
Initially, he taught his techniques to several affiliate salons located across the United
States and of all places, Moscow, Russia. This started an evolutionary movement as big as
when Vidal Sassoon took the beauty industry away from Roller Setting hair styles to
Precision Haircutting.
Now, the entire industry wants to be able to offer systems as good as a Farrell Ultra
Custom System. The factories that salons buy systems from are unsuccessfully trying to
duplicate Richard's units in order to dominate the new Ultra Custom market that Richard
introduced. However, ours are very labor intensive systems to produce and they require
true artists to make them, so it looks like Richard will be the leader of this niche.
Up until now, Richard's systems are expensive since they are produced in the United States
compared to the traditional systems that are mass produced in factories in the Orient.
However, hair replacement salons now want Richard to wholesale his systems to them, so
that they can offer them to their customers. We have been wholesaling to our affiliates
for two years now, but Richard took a big step enabling him to lower our prices and offer
them to the entire industry. Richard built his own Ultra Custom Production Facility in
Mexico (much different than a factory), and offers advanced training at our West Hollywood
Academy, in the new techniques necessary for salons to "step up" to Ultra
Custom.
We believe that since the non-surgical approach gives the client all of their hair back,
for some people it is the best option. Anyway, David, I thought you might appreciate this
information, since it seems you are doing a great service in monitoring the pulse rate of
the Hair Replacement industry.
Thank you for the great report on Farrell
Sincerely,
Candy Farrell
