• Use this forum to discuss the contents of the website. Things that we should add, edit, delete etc.

• Use this forum to discuss the design of the website. HairSite has already contracted a webmaster to polish this site. For the time being, we will just live with this to get the campaign going.

• Use this forum to discuss the message that we should use for the advertising campaign. HairSite has committed to the first round of advertising in local newspapers in major cities worldwide.

• Use this forum to discuss our startegy in getting the media exposure that we need for the non-profit campaign.

• Use this forum to discuss our mass mailing project.

• Use this forum to discuss how we can solicit help from celebrities, movie starts, sports athletes etc.

• Use this forum if you can help translate the non-profit site into another language.

• Use this forum to discuss partnership strategies and alliances with other non-profit organizations.

• Use this forum if you are working on a project for this site that requires out-of-pocket expenses. Depending on the situation,  HairSite will pay for most legitimate expenses (directly to the vendor)  and we hope other companies will follow suit and subsidize this campaign the same way.

• Use this forum if you want to nominate an individual or a company for its contribution to this website.

• Use this to suggest new topics that should be added to the non-profit forum.

• Use this forum for any other issues or comments.

• A excellent suggestion by tk421: "Why not add a forum topic called "drafts", where text that goes into the web page, e-mail campaign and even ads can be typed in for eveyone to correct and comment. This way we do all of our work in the open. We could cut and paste any text and edit it as we wish. For instance, there are a lot of things that I would like to edit out of the text currently on this website. A special thread would make sure that the discussion concerning text is not made behind anybody's back."

• Before HairSite contacts Dr. Gho again, let's organize our thoughts here and put together a list of questions that we have for Dr. Gho. Also, HairSite will draft the follow-up letter to Dr. Gho here with everybody, so that everyone can have his or her say as to the open issues that have to be addressed.

• There are bound to be issues on which we need to  take a vote. Simply post a ONE LINE description for issue in this forum and we will vote on it by replying with a ONE LINE - YES or NO vote in the thread. The beauty of this format is that each post in the forum carries a unique Remote IP address so everyone will be aware if someone has voted more than once to skew the results.
