1) All sales are final. There will be no refunds. Defective items will be replaced as soon as we have received the products by mail. Defective items should be mailed to

2) All products are sold as is. We do NOT offer advice on hair color products. Customers are advised to consult their hair salon experts or the manufacturers when it comes to hair color products. HairSite.com, Womenshair.info & Farrellstore.com are simply distributors. Customers are advised to consult the manufacturers of the respective products directly for product info.

3) Customers are advised to do their own patch test as well as strand test before they apply our hair color products to their scalp. While PPD free, ammonia free and peroxide free hair dyes are generally safer to use than most over the counter products, there is still a chance that some people may be allergic to certain ingredients used in our hair color products.

4) Our site uses secure and non-secure order forms for customers to request products and/or services. We collect visitor's contact information and financial information for the purposes of processing and fulfilling the orders.

5) Your order is processed by VeriSign secure payment gateway. Your personal information will only be used in order to process your order. We do not share your information with other organizations. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services.

Shipping
Shipping normally takes about 7-10 business days. We charge a flat fee of US$10 for most shipments unless your order is particularly large. We do not guarantee shipment delivery. For international customers, sometimes shipment may be detained or intercepted by customs in your own country and it is the customers responsibilites to clear their own customs. We are not responsible for non-delivery of goods once they are accepted by United States Postal Service.
