My goal was to soften my hairline, ad a small widow’s peak in front and one on either side of the middle peak. My hairline was more like this ) and I was going for something more like thes }. Make sense?

First noticed growth in the front peak. Over time, little sprouts of thigh hair have been appearing in the corners and along the hairline. Please keep in mind I am on Propecia and use Minox once a day. However I did not use Minox on my donor area before the procedure. Also, as you can see, my thighs look as though no work has been done. Upon very close inspection, a few small dots can be seen but even these continue to fade.
Yes, donor sealing was used.

It’s pretty exciting to know that I’ll be able to use my BHT for HT touch-ups and save the rest for future any needs. My entire HT journey is post here on Hairsite. 14 strips since 1992 and one BHT procedure with Dr. Umar.

Much thanks to Dr. Umar for his professionalism and attention to detail. He exceeded my expectations in both his work ethic and “bed-side manner” and the results are very encouraging.

As per Dr. Umar : "The poster “Sofarsogood” underwent a small BHT procedure with the aim of refining his transplanted hairline in a subtle manner. He wished to use finer thigh hair to achieve this. A small procedure was opted also to enable him determine how well BHT does on him before proceeding with more BHT grafts if necessary. His hairline was pluggy especially at the sides (right and left). In these areas, thigh hair grafts were insinuated between the plugs. In the front however, the hair line was less pluggy. The aim was to create a slight widow’s peak with finer hair. The case was discussed in more details 5 months ago when he under went the procedure in the following link:

The foregoing is sofarsogood’s 5 months photo update.

We estimate thus far 40-50% growth at 5 months. The cosmetic effect is slowly emerging. A follow-up will be done in another 3-4 months."

Here are some more hair pics from very recently.
